Note: Clients are reminded to bring their complete sets of documents, including originals and photocopies, for their own convenience. 

PROCEDURE IN THE AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS SIGNED IN MALAYSIA

  • Present the original documents to a Commissioner of Oaths/Notary Public in Malaysia for notarization:
  • Submit the notarized documents to the Consular Section of Wisma Putra (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for authentication:

  • After authentication by Wisma Putra Consular Section, submit the documents to the Philippine Embassy for Consularization.

 PROCEDURE IN THE AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS SIGNED IN THE PHILIPPINES

  • Submit the original documents for authentication to the Consular Affairs-Authentication Division, Department of Foreign Affairs
